Close your eyes and draw!

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The children work together in teams of two. One child has a picture in front of him, which describes it to the other child. The child who draws tries to reproduce the picture as accurately as possible on the basis of the description without seeing the original.

Goal

The children rehearse here to formulate precise instructions and communicate clearly. By comparing and correcting any mistakes, they learn to proceed methodically and to look for and improve deviations step by step. They explore how to systematically reduce instructions.

MATERIAL

  1. Pens in different thicknesses and colours
  2. Print out appendix and handout
  3. blackboard or flip chart
  4. adhesive tape
